Spontaneous combustion is a common phenomena in industries to coal stockpiles and it contains caol in large quantities. These coal stockpiles are easy to cause spontaneous combustion due to the concentration of temperature, CH4 and CO gas. These gases are odorless and create invisible flames-fire.

TIPL has been serving the customers in the thermography hot spot system since the last one decade. TIPL Online Thermal Cameras are fully automatic system equipped with Pan & Tilt systems for early detection of hot spots in Coal Yards. Depending on the size and type Stockyard, Thermal Cameras are used to cover the coal stockpiles and Powerful Software features enable early Hot Spot detection and alarming.
