Passive Nuclear Level Transmitter

Passive Nuclear Level Transmitter

  • True non-contact measurement - no contact with the material being measured.

  • Anti-radiation stacking attenuation technology.

  • Not affected by ash temperature. The temperature of the ash material in the economizer ash hopper of a thermal power plant is as high as 460ºC. The temperature of the ash material in the electrostatic precipitator ash hopper and warehouse pump is also around 150ºC.

  • 2 sets of switch outputs and 1 analog output.

  • 4-digit ultra-high brightness two-color LED digital display, and real-time status. The display is clearly visible under daylight. The dial has two keys also.

  • Multiple probes can be connected using wireless local area networks to achieve multi-probe continuous material level measurement with wireless handheld remote control, local wireless host computer, DTU Internet host computer, etc.

  • Maintenance and replacement are easy and do not affect the operation.

  • Nuclear Power Plants (coolant levels, reactor levels)

  • Petrochemical and Refining (coke drums, acid tanks)

  • Mining and Metals (ore silos, crushers)

  • Cement Industry (cement clinker levels)

  • Food & Beverage (non-contact sterilized systems)

  • Pulp & Paper (black liquor level monitoring)

  • Fertilizer Industry (acidic or slurry tanks)
