At TIPL there's a vast scope to learn and grow. Here we teach to share ideas and thoughts, take initiatives, grab new responsibilities and lead. The career development programme follows a
"70-20-10" model where

  • 70 percent of the learning happens through on-the-job experience. Here you learn to develop new skills, strengthen old skills and leverage the opportunities that your job provides you. Through special projects and assignments you learn new things and to work within deadlines.
  • 20 percent of learning happens when you see your colleagues work with you. We have a diversified diaspora where everyone teaches each other something. We also have a perfect blend of experience and youth and we make sure the knowledge reaches everyone.
  • 10 percent of learning happens through training. Training is a regular part of TIPL’s growth programme. We provide regular training to our people to make sure they acquire knowledge of new technologies, enabling them to grow.
